Panel Warranty
The Maxeon 3 and Maxeon 5 panel offer a 25-year, linear production warranty. This warranty guarantees all solar panels to be defect free and with normal use and proper installation will be covered for 25 years from date of purchase.
Please note that the Maxeon 5 “AC” panels come “pre-paired” or “integrated” with an adequate but slightly dated IQ 7 series inverter. In other words, the inverter is already connected; you don't have an option to choose the newer IQ 8 series inverters that have much better monitoring options as well as vastly improved battery storage options in a grid down situation.
*Consumers be aware, because the IQ 7 inverter that comes pre-attached to the panel is not currently covered by Maxeons 25-year warranty.
